• This loyalty benefit applies to 4-hour studio hire sessions only. • After completing four (4) paid 4-hour studio hire sessions, the client qualifies for one (1) free 4-hour studio hire session. • The free session must be booked in advance and is subject to studio availability. • Qualifying sessions must be booked and completed by the same client. • The loyalty benefit has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. • Loyalty benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original booking client. • Only completed 4-hour studio hire sessions qualify toward the loyalty benefit. Shorter or longer sessions may not be combined or split to accelerate eligibility. • Cancellations or no-shows will be treated in line with the studio’s standard cancellation policy and do not count toward completed sessions. • Eligibility for the loyalty programme is limited to studio hire sessions booked and completed during the 2026 calendar year. Any sessions completed prior to 1 January 2026 are not eligible and will not be taken into account. • The loyalty benefit includes one (1) standard 4-hour studio hire session only. Optional extras, including but not limited to lighting, equipment, extra time or props, are not included and may be added at the standard rate. • This offer is valid until 20 December 2026 and may be amended or withdrawn at the studio’s discretion with reasonable notice. • The studio reserves the right to track and verify bookings to determine eligibility for the loyalty reward.
