Cancellation Policy
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period. Expired gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash. Once a booking has been made using a gift voucher, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will allow the gift voucher to be reused within the original validity period. Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the scheduled booking will result in 50% of the voucher value being forfeited. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will result in the full voucher being forfeited. If Studio C must cancel the booking for any reason, the gift voucher validity will be extended accordingly. Studio C reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its sole discretion.
